Nick Arriaga is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a certified healthcare designer through the Chicago Botanic Garden. Since joining Hitchcock Design Group, he has contributed to projects across multiple market sectors with a particular focus on real estate development, senior living, and healthcare environments. Nick’s interest in landscape architecture began at home, helping his father shape and care for gardens. That early experience gave him both an appreciation for design and a strong work ethic. Drawn to a profession that combines technical precision with creativity, Nick brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every project. His strengths include conceptual design, where he explores a wide range of possibilities to arrive at the best solution for clients and users, as well as guiding projects through construction with careful attention to detail. He is inspired by how designed spaces shape the human experience and positively impact communities. Beyond his professional work, Nick serves on his community’s historic preservation commission.
