Lara has over 7 years of experience in landscape architecture and recently acquired her license from the State of Illinois, passing all the required exams within one year. Lara obtained her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Davis and is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI). She enjoys digging in her garden and going to the see the most recently released horror film on the weekends with her family. Lara is an active member of Illinois ASLA serving as the Chapter’s secretary. She demonstrates a passion and drive for designing inclusive and early childhood playgrounds.
