Amenity Decks and Streetscape Improvements | Chicago, Illinois

Newcastle Limited turned to the design team of Pappageorge Haymes and Hitchcock Design Group to make improvements to the existing amenity decks and streetscape at Reside on Green Street. The development includes two separate buildings, consisting of apartments and first floor retail that function as a single unit for the residents. Updates to the decks include new furniture, an overhead pergola, built in grills and counters, an outdoor bar and kitchen, planters, lighting, TVs, updated finishes, and other site and landscape improvements. Streetscape improvements include railings within the planters, updated landscape, and additional planters and plantings at the corner of Milwaukee Avenue and Grand Avenue.
