Multifamily Amenity Design | Austin, Texas

Presidium Group engaged HDG to provide Schematic Design and Design Development for this multi-family community in the suburbs of Austin, Texas. This mid-rise, six-story community includes structured parking, rain gardens throughout the design (for stormwater management), and lush landscaping in the two courtyards. One of these courtyards is an amenity courtyard with a pool, an outdoor living room, and an outdoor lounge area. The other courtyard is a passive courtyard with outdoor seating, a hammock garden, and an outdoor farmstyle table. The project’s second phase introduces a podium development seamlessly integrated with amenities above the garage.
