The Colton House Hotel is located in the trendy South Congress neighborhood of Austin, Texas. The “modern rustic” 80-room boutique hotel blends a hotel experience with the best perks of Home Away and AirBnB: you get a small neighborhood hotel with spacious suites designed to feel like you’re staying in a house. HDG provided site and landscape design, which includes a lush amenity area with pool, private cabanas, shaded seating areas, activity lawn and a coffee bar/deck. The design seamlessly integrates three large existing Live Oak trees, further adding to the ‘new meets old’ aesthetic.
