Located just minutes from Austin’s world-class downtown and cultural amenities, EastVillage provides the perfect location to live, work and play. This planned mixed-use community is located conveniently with access to two major highways and an expansive greenbelt and will feature a mix of sensitively priced multi-family home options, anchored by a majestic, diverse village center that will offer residents desirable amenities. With these goals in mind, Reger Holdings, LLC retained the Hitchcock Design Group-led team to develop the concept plan for the site. After conducting a mixed-use comparable study of other similar developments, the team created a concept plan that includes a range of housing options, commercial zones and an entertainment district. A village center is planned for the development which will have a village green to provide open space and an amphitheater that will serve as the backdrop for community gatherings and events.
